Do you consider yourself WELL TRAINED?

If you know your way around a gym or consider yourself fit and well trained, then we have programs to further your fitness, agility and physical abilities. No matter what your condition, prepare for a new set of challenges.

Adept runners, cyclists, well conditioned individuals, we have them all and we continue to offer dynamic programs to keep the mind and body challenged while building on progressions.

We want to get you fit and to enjoy the experience so training becomes part of what you do!

When you join Women's Movement, prepare for challenges and make full use of our knowledge base to succeed. When you DISCOVER FITNESS, you will be more inclined to accept and choose healthier food options. Fat loss, improved mood, 'tone', agility, etc... will all be a side effect rather than a focus. We want to get you to a point where the positive feeling of fitness is stronger than the desire to overindulge at the local junk food outlet.

Your nominal R250 joining fee includes 2 sessions with a personal trainer so you get straight into a productive and enjoyable session, rather than bored out your tree jogging unproductively on a treadmill because anything else looks confusing or intimidating.

Your program would be individualised, taking into account your current physical condition or any injury limitations. If you really want to get in shape and functionally fit for life, you know where to come.
